Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paulosec LLC offers a 14-day change-of-mind refund period for paid Is This QR Safe CTF packages. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Requesting a Refund

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase through Paddle.net, using the email address and transaction details from your receipt. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds back to the original payment method. You may also use our contact page if you need help locating a transaction.

After 14 Days

Requests made after 14 days are reviewed where the service was not delivered as described, was unavailable because of a fault in our service, or where applicable law requires a refund. Include the event name, purchase email, and a description of the issue.

Event Cancellation

Ending or deleting your own draft CTF does not automatically issue a refund. Submit a refund request through Paddle.net. Refunds typically appear on the original payment method after Paddle and the payment provider finish processing them; timing varies by provider.
